Final Inspection & Warranty

All sheds are installed in accordance with NSW licensing requirements and relevant Australian Standards.
We provide a 12 month workmanship warranty on installation. Structural steel and cladding materials are backed by manufacturer warranties, including BlueScope Steel and Colorbond product warranties where applicable.

Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 12 month workmanship warranty on installation. This covers defects arising from installation workmanship under normal use conditions.
Manufacturer Warranties
Structural steel and cladding materials are backed by manufacturer warranties, including products supplied by BlueScope Steel and Colorbond where applicable.
Manufacturer warranty periods vary depending on product type, location and environmental conditions. Full details are available upon request.
Statutory Requirements
Where applicable, work is carried out in accordance with NSW licensing requirements and relevant Australian Standards. Home Building Compensation Fund insurance is arranged for eligible residential projects as required by legislation.
Long Term Warranty
Our sheds are engineered using proven structural systems designed for long term durability.
The structural system and engineering methodology used in our buildings are supported by long term structural warranties of up to 50 years, subject to manufacturer terms, site classification and environmental conditions.

Licenses
Installation services are delivered under a current NSW contractor licence for Erection of Prefabricated Metal Framed Home Additions.

All installation work is carried out by an experienced team led by Jason Moore and is covered by appropriate Public Liability and Workers Compensation insurance.
Insurances
Where required under NSW legislation, Home Building Compensation Fund insurance is arranged for eligible residential building work.
